The foundations of DDFA were laid in the late 1970s and the business was well established by the mid 1980s.

In 1989 DDFA Licensing was established due to demand from publishers to use our artists for reproduction purposes. 

Our primary activity is the licensing (to publishers and manufacturers worldwide) of original art images produced by the artists that work for us. 

Our clients are leading manufacturers of greeting cards, stationary, calendars, fine art prints, jigsaws, collectors plates, book covers, tableware etc. 

Our Portfolio of great images by leading artists is unrivalled and is used by household names of international repute.

We pride ourselves in forging a mutually beneficial relationship with our artists, indeed, virtually all of our existing artists have remained loyal to us since we started representing them as long ago as the 1980s. 

With relationships forged over nearly three decades we are in unique position to help artists realize their full potential and reach international markets through a well proven strategy.
